Steel shots are contaminated due to repeated recycling,which can mix impurities and affect their continued use.So it needs to self clean.Mixed impurities can be divided into solid impurities and insoluble salts.Two types of objects should be treated differently.
1.Solid impurities are self-cleaning through clear air.In the recycling cycle,steel shots can be recovered through an automatic sand suction separator,removing most of the bulk impurities and more than one-third of the dust.Solid impurities are removed during the process of entering the sand storage hopper through an abrasive screening machine.
2.Among them,soluble salts can be removed by regular water cleaning,and can be alternately used between steel shots during the recycling process for different purposes.
