The impurities mixed in steel shot can be divided into solid impurities and insoluble salts, and different treatment methods should be used for the two types of objects.
1. Automatically clean solid impurities through clean air. Steel shot can be recovered through an automatic sand suction separator in the recycling cycle, removing most of the large impurities and more than one-third of the dust. Solid impurities are removed during the process of entering the sand storage hopper through an abrasive screening machine.
2. The soluble salts of steel balls can be removed by regular water cleaning, and can be alternately used in recycling for different purposes. If we want to recycle steel balls, we need to clean them to some extent. Only in this way can we better utilize the steel shot.
