Firstly, alloy steel shot is an important component suitable for processing and mechanical equipment, so it is also classified into many categories according to different standards.

The products of alloy steel shot are not as simple as those on the market, but are divided into the following four categories according to different standards. The specific situation is as follows:
1. Non national standard category
Non national standard steel shot refers to the general term for steel shot whose indicators do not meet the national standard level.
2. National standard alloy steel shot
Its national standard refers to the steel shot after one quenching, and the hardness of the steel shot is HRC40~50. Among them, carbon C: 0.85% -1.20%, silicon Si:0.40%-1.20%、Mn:0.60%-1.20%(S170:0.50%-1.20% S110,S70:0.35%-1.20%) Sulfur S ≤ 0.05%, phosphorus P ≤ 0.05. This type of steel shot has a wide range of applications and is widely used in various industries for cleaning, strengthening, and balancing.
3. SQ Steel Ball Plaza
SQ steel shot is actually a high-performance national standard steel shot. After secondary quenching, its technical indicators are the same as those of national standard steel shot. This type of steel shot can make the metallographic structure denser, heal surface microcracks, refine grains, and its service life is 1.3 times that of ordinary national standard steel shot.
4. Low shell steel shot
Low steel shot is an abbreviation for low-carbon bainitic steel shot, and the hardness of this type of alloy steel shot is HRC42-48/48-54. Among them, carbon C: 0.10% -0.20%, silicon Si: 0.10% -0.30%, manganese Mn: 0.35% -1.5%, sulfur S ≤ 0.05%, phosphorus P ≤ 0.05%, and alloy elements such as Cr, Mo, Ni, B, Al, Cu are added. Its service life is the universal national standard for alloy steel shot.
There are four types of alloy steel balls, and they also have different standards for use. Please look forward to the following updates and introductions from the editor.
