Steel wire cutting pellets have strict quality management in every production process. The produced steel balls have good organization, are not easily broken, have uniform particle size distribution, suitable hardness, strong impact resistance, and long service life. Steel wire cutting pellets are pellets made by cutting steel wire, which are divided into stainless steel, ordinary high carbon, and low-carbon according to the different types of steel wire used. The cut particles have cylindrical shapes that are not passivated and circular shapes that are passivated.
The chemical composition of steel wire cutting pellets includes:
Carbon (C) 0.45-0.75%; Manganese (Mn) 0.40-1.20%; Silicon (Si) 0.10-0.30%; Sulfur (S)<0.04%; Phosphorus (P)<0.04%;
Average hardness (measured under 500g load): 1.0mm: 51-53HRC (525-561HV): 1.5mm 41-45HRC (388-436HV);
Hardness deviation: The deviation range is ± 1.0HRC or ± 40HV;
Tensile strength: 1.0mm: 1750-2150Mpa; 1.5mm:1250-1450Mpa;
Metallographic structure: longitudinal (uniformly deformed pearlite) and transverse (uniformly deformed pearlite);
Low density (determined by alcohol displacement method): 7.8g/cm.
Steel wire cutting pellets are suitable for abrasive materials in shot blasting machines, shot blasting equipment, shot blasting machines, sandblasting equipment, steel pretreatment production lines, steel plate pretreatment production lines, and steel structure pretreatment production lines.
